False: As upsetting as it will be to many Brits, Turkey tops that chart with Ireland second. The UK is third, but a bronze medal will be little consolation to those who consider tea as their national religion. .

London has a lower average rainfall that Miami Florida?
True: Yep, definitely true. Despite the UK’s reputation for being wet and miserable (and believe us it can be) Miami’s tropical monsoons climate means that it get’s almost three times as much rainfall per year as London. Bergen gets four and a half times as much rain!

British sinks often have separate hot and cold taps rather than one.
True: Of course it’s true, why is that weird? It is weird? Seems perfectly normal to us… Apparently it is weird though. Even the BBC have a thing or two to say about it. What do you think?

True: Definitely, it is always best to say sorry if someone else gets in your way isn’t it. It will let them know that they are definitely the ones at fault! Sounds a bit odd? It is! Don’t know why we do that, but, hey… if it works, why not.

False: Fish & chips is fast falling in popularity according to one recent study. Like much of the world, the beef burger is far more popular.
