Ingredients.
- Pudding Rice (100g)
- Sugar (50g)
- Semi-skimmed milk (700ml)
- Nutmeg (one pinch)
- A pinch of salt
- One bay leaf
Method.
- Heat oven to 150C
- Wash and drain rice.
- Grease large baking dish.
- Pour in rice, mile & sugar then stir.
- Sprinkle in nutmeg.
- Cook for 2 hours.
